Anthropic filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed Nasdaq Global Select Market IPO under the symbol ANT.

According to the filing, reported by Yahoo Finance, the company posted $16.3 billion in revenue for the six months ended June 2026 and an $80.7 billion net loss, largely from accounting charges, after reporting a $42 billion loss for all of 2025.

The filing states that Anthropic has $430 billion in committed cloud computing deals with companies such as Amazon and Google, rising to $637 billion when cancellable and smaller deals are included.
